How we handle your information

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site, and it sets no cookies of its own. Reading these pages does not send us any information about you.

Online bookings

When you book online, you leave this site and book through Setmore, the booking service we use. The details you enter there, such as your name and contact number, are used by Setmore and by us only to manage your appointment. Setmore's own privacy policy applies to how they handle it.

The map

The map on our home and contact pages is provided by Google Maps. Google may set cookies or collect usage information when the map loads, under Google's privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, you can find us at 225 Symonds Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland 1010 without the map.

Phone, email and social links

If you call or email us, we use what you tell us only to answer you or to look after your appointment. Links to Facebook, Instagram and Google reviews take you to those services, which handle your information under their own policies.

Your rights

Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Call 09 214 7506 or email jackbarberd@hotmail.com and we will sort it out.
